I Don’t Know How To Be In A Relationship
I don’t know how to be in a relationship. I know how
to be a friend, I know how to be a daughter, I know how to be a sister but I
don’t know how to have a partner — someone who is included in my day-to-day
life, someone I go on vacations with and for whom I’m willing to travel to some
horrible town to meet their parents. I’ve dated people before but it never
turned into anything substantial.

DIANE TO VISITOR: MY DAD SAID I SHOULD TELL YOU HE’S SLEEPING
It was a cool evening. I was 6years then. My
siblings and I were in the sitting room watching a Nigerian movie, can’t recall
the name but it was very interesting. My parents were in the living room taking
after-work rest. Suddenly we heard a knock at the door. All eyes turned towards
me, since I was the youngest then, they all expected me to stand up to open the
door.

IF YOU FIND IT DIFFICULT TO SAY NO TO PEOPLE, CLICK HERE TO FIND SOLUTION
“Whenever someone asks me for
something, no matter how small that stuff is, I find it very difficult to say
no” cries Ada. “am afraid that if I say no, the person might go and tell people
that I’m stingy or maybe even not talk to me again, honestly, I’d rather let
the something finish than say no”, said Ada.
OVERCOMING INSECURITY IN RELATIONSHIPS
"I'm
driving him away, I just know I am," she sniffed. "It's just that I
love him so much and I can't bear the thought of losing him!" Emma had
been badly hurt before by her former cheating fiancé. Once bitten, twice shy.
Part of her knew that her new man was decent, caring, and honest, but the
emotional bit of Emma felt that it was "just a matter of time" before
things went wrong.
